UK Legislation requires duty holders of commercial and industrial properties to have a live asbestos management plan. There are so many advantages to having an asbestos management plan.

However asbestos is a bad state of repair should be made safe and removed by a specialist contractor. Having an asbestos management plan will help you keep your employees safe limiting any liability.
